Sarah Wood, nee Cooper, was baptized at Terrington 21 February 1858,
the daughter of Richard and Mary A. Cooper, and can be seen with her
parents at Slingsby in 1881. In 1891, she is Hope Street (Albert
Place), Norton, with her husband George Weldon Wood, a railway
labourer born in Ampleforth.
